Grad photoshoots are a strong tradition at the University of Guelph. You’ve worked hard for the past 4 years and it’s time to celebrate! In our last post we talked about group sizes for your grad photos. Today we’ll be giving you some tips about what you can bring to your grad photoshoot to make sure you get the best experience possible!
Over the course of your undergrad you’ve made amazing memories. We love when our grads bring meaningful & sentimental things to their photoshoot. If you’ve already received your degree you can bring it along for a couple of photos!
Many of our grads love to get all dressed up for their photoshoot. If you’re planning on wearing heels for your session, we highly recommend bringing a change of shoes! We’ll be walking between different locations on campus, so you’ll want to be as comfortable as possible.
Fall is our busiest season for grad photos. As we get into the October and November months, we suggest you bring jackets, sweaters, or even a blanket to keep yourself warm between photos. Trust us, you won’t regret it!
What better way to go out with a bang than with some champagne? Popping a bottle at the Gryphon makes for some of our favourite photos! You can carry them with you in a bag during your session, or keep them in your car until the end.
We hope that you found this blog post helpful in preparation for your grad photoshoot! These are suggestions and are by no means required things that you need to bring. Whatever you decide to bring along you can be sure that you’ll have an amazing experience! If you’re looking to get some grad photos done, Contact us through our website.
